HariGanga Sindh Foundation is a non-profit spiritual organization dedicated to serving Sindhi yajmaans through accommodation, dining, Ganga Aarti, Gaushala Seva, and spiritual services.

Acceptance of Terms
By using any service offered by HariGanga Sindh Foundation — including online bookings, visiting our premises, participating in Ganga Aarti, or receiving astrology/travel services — you accept these terms in full. These terms apply to all visitors, pilgrims, and yajmaans.

Services Offered
We provide the following services to Sindhi yajmaans and pilgrims:
  • AC and Non-AC accommodation rooms and halls
  • Dining facilities for pilgrims and visitors
  • Ganga Aarti arrangements and spiritual experiences
  • Jhulelal Temple darshan and facilities
  • Astrology consultation services
  • Travel booking assistance
  • Gaushala Seva (cow welfare and animal care)

Booking & Reservations
  • All bookings for rooms, halls, and Aarti arrangements must be made in advance through official channels.
  • A confirmation will be issued upon successful booking and payment receipt.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • Room availability is subject to seasonal demand and occupancy levels.
Carry a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID) at check-in. Bookings without valid ID may be cancelled without refund.

Payment Policy
  • All payments must be made as per the rates displayed at the time of booking.
  • We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers at our facility.
  • Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
  • Receipts will be issued for all transactions upon request.
  • Donations to the Foundation and Gaushala Seva are voluntary and non-refundable.

Code of Conduct on Premises
Visitors and yajmaans are expected to maintain the sanctity of the Foundation:
  • Dress modestly and respectfully, especially inside the Jhulelal Temple.
  • No smoking, alcohol, or non-vegetarian food is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • Maintain silence and discipline during Ganga Aarti and temple prayers.
  • Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
  • Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Astrology & Travel Services
Astrology consultations are for spiritual guidance only. The Foundation does not guarantee any specific outcome. Travel booking services are facilitated as assistance only — we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party travel operators, airlines, or hotels.

Limitation of Liability
HariGanga Sindh Foundation shall not be liable for loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal belongings on the premises. Visitors are advised to keep their valuables safe. The Foundation is not responsible for medical emergencies, though basic first-aid assistance will be provided.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and temple photographs — is the property of HariGanga Sindh Foundation. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms
The Foundation reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant district where the Foundation operates.
