Cancellation Policy – Accommodation

Cancellations must be made through official channels only — email or phone. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy – Hall & Event Bookings
- Hall bookings cancelled more than 7 days in advance: full refund minus processing fee.
- Cancelled 3–7 days in advance: 50% refund.
- Cancelled less than 3 days in advance: no refund.
- Event setup charges, if any, are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Ganga Aarti Arrangements
- Ganga Aarti bookings cancelled 48+ hours in advance: full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund; however, the booking may be rescheduled once subject to availability.
We recommend booking Ganga Aarti at least 3 days in advance, especially during festival seasons.

Travel Booking Services
Travel bookings facilitated through HariGanga Sindh Foundation are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline, hotel, or travel operator. The Foundation's service facilitation fee is non-refundable. We will assist you in processing cancellation requests with third-party providers on your behalf.

Astrology Consultation Services
Astrology consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced. If a session is cancelled by the Foundation, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Donations & Gaushala Seva
All donations made to HariGanga Sindh Foundation and Gaushala Seva are completely voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are used for the upkeep of the Gaushala and the spiritual activities of the Foundation.
Donation receipts are provided for all contributions and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on your bank.
- To request a refund, email [email protected] with your booking confirmation number.

Foundation's Right to Cancel
In exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, religious observances, force majeure, or maintenance), HariGanga Sindh Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative arrangement offered.
